Upon placing your order you will receive an email within 30 minutes, although during busy periods this can take longer. Please save or print your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
If you do not receive a confirmation email please check your junk mail folder. Depending on your anti-spam settings, your mailbox may be identifying our confirmation emails as spam. If you still have not received a confirmation email within the first 24 hours of your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
We will also send you an email when your order has been dispatched.
We aim to get all orders shipped within 3 - 5 working days. Sometimes we may have to send out your order in different packages, so these may arrive at different times. Please be aware that this does not mean you will be charged any additional delivery cost.
On rare occasions we may experience the sort of unforeseen problems that prevents us from shipping your order – including breakdowns, extreme weather and illness. If there is any issue with shipping your order we will contact you. We're sorry if we're late and be assured that behind the scenes we are doing absolutely everything we can to make sure your order reaches you on time.
3: GIFT CARDS
Returns and Refunds - Physical Items:
Changed your mind? If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a full refund or exchange within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be returned in their original condition. By original condition, we'd expect this to mean that you've kept original packaging and labels, and that the item is unused and undamaged
Items bought from one of our stockists, must be returned to the relevant stockists store where their own returns policies will apply.
We regret that we cannot refund or exchange items that have been personalised.
As per the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2014: EU customers have 14 calendar days from the purchase date to return items for any reason. From the day of cancellation, we have 14 days to refund you as the customer.
Once any items have been returned, we’ll refund the person who originally placed and paid for the order. This includes items purchased during sales events.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to misdescribed or faulty goods or your right to cancel orders under the consumer protection (distance selling) regulations further details of which are available from your local trading standard department or citizen's advice bureau.
Returns and Refunds - Digital Items:
If you are not satisfied with a pattern that you have purchased from us, or you have purchased the wrong pattern by mistake, and you are still within 28 days of your original purchase date, your request for a refund or exchange will be honored, no questions asked. Please contact us as soon as possible at email@example.com to arrange the refund or exchange to your account.
The products purchased on this site are not for resale they are for private and domestic use only.
The only exception to this rule is if you are a registered stockist of our brand. If this is something that interests you please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
