Dear Ewe COVID-19 FAQ's

Dear lovely makers, we just want to confirm that in these difficult times that we find ourselves in that we are still currently open as usual. The UK government is encouraging online businesses to stay open, which we are aiming to do whilst also keeping everyone safe.

Parcel deliveries are classified as safe. No one in our household is showing any symptoms, however for safety's sake we recommend that you leave your parcel in quarantine for 72 hours before opening and of course washing hands! You can find the latest information on COVID-19 for the UK Government and The World Health Organization

At the moment we are despatching, as usual, anything from our online store. With stricter lockdown measures in place around the world, we are taking part in slowing down any potential spread of the virus by only posting out parcels out a maximum twice per week or when we pick up essential items (as the post office is attached to our nearest shop).

Rest assured that we still have plenty of stock of most of our products and our kits available. Our Little Ewe diy kits and patterns have been especially popular with you all, and we are trying to bring forward plans for new kits that we had in pre-production, so we can offer these things at a time when you might want a project to concentrate on most.

If you were looking to treat someone in isolation we also still have a stock of greetings cards and gift boxes that we can also send out. Any items that we are running low on we will also make sure we highlight clearly on the website.

As well as the kits we also have our range of crochet patterns available, which until the end of May 2020 we are offering with a 40% discount with code: STAYHOME here on the website.

We also want to reassure you that if for any reason you receive a package from us and don't love everything you've ordered then as always, we’ll happily refund you. You can see our full returns guidance here. We’ve temporarily extended our return policy so you can now return any new and unused products within 90 days. As soon as we have received your products in resalable condition, we will issue you a refund for the costs of the goods.

We know that crafting is an important way to cope with stress and uncertainty and we wish you much love and care during these strange times.

Best wishes,

Heather x
